Bailey Clark has over 15 years of accounting and leadership experience. She began her career in 2007 at JPMS Cox, PLLC while studying at Arkansas Tech University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Since then, she has held managerial roles in various industries including wholesale/distribution, commercial construction, and agriculture. Bailey was recognized as one of Arkansas Business’ 20 in their 20’s in 2018 and is a proud graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXVII.

After years of experience in diverse roles and earning her MBA from Henderson State University, Bailey identified leadership development and operational improvement as her true professional passions. She thrives on creating steadfast relationships and strong teams with each organization she connects with. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their three children, as well as traveling whenever possible.
